Brian,
The Gezer Calendar is dated to the 10trh century BCE, several hundred years before the exile.
It does not mention Tamuz, nor any other month by name, rather it divides the year into various agricultural periods such as harvest, late planting etc. There are quite a few translatios of this short tablet; the one in ANET ed. by Pritchard should be accessible.
