Greetings

I have a few questions concerning authorship, Naaman's confession and the
relationship between a few passages.

1. Deut 4:35, 39; 1Kings 8:60, 18:39; and 2 Chron 33:13 all have an
interesting description in common. Is it significant?

2. What is the logical/notional relationship between Deut 4:35 and Deut
4:39?

3. I would like some thoughts about the outlook presented about God and the
world in these verses. 2 above

4. A seriously maintained idea in scholarship is that Deuteronomy was
composed in the days of Josiah (the proof is that 'the book of the law' was
discovered at this time cf. 2Ki 22:8,11 with Deut 29:21; 30:10; 31:26. But
what does one do with Josh. 1:8; 8:31, 34; 2 Ki 14:6, etc?). Do some of
these appear to be pre-Josianic? What does one do with them?

5. What do you make of Naaman's confession when you compare 2 Ki 5:15; Isa
44:6; 45:5 and the former verses?

Thanks for any thoughts, helpful, critical or otherwise...
