It's not really LGPL, it is LGPL with a few more clauses. I left the
LICENSE field to say LGPL, since ion3 does the same, do we have a better
entry for the LICENSE field for a case such as this?

Missed some renames, fixed now, also for the pwm that is installed as
pwm3plus.
