WTF? This is a funny way of saying that the lib is under GPLv2 and that there
is the option to get it under another, commercial, license. End of story.
No need to mention that linking GPL code to non-GPL (compatible) code is not
allowed, folks ... for a moment, I had the impression that they have some
additional restrictions in place;-)
