Basicly it's like this - quill cannot reach the wesbite by some reason
and it opens a text editor for me to *fix* the WEB_SITE. I want to
finish the update and test the spell first, so I close the text editor
and Ctl+C to skip the website check. After the update, when I close
quill, "fixed WEB_SITE" is in HISTORY. Go figure :)

that statement, but there I must've forgotten. It's quite annoying
gaze website uses it. It is not an optional part if there is a valid
site.
Usually there exists at least one page on the internet that has some info
about the project.
Why is WEB_SITE added into HISTORY by quill even if WEB_SITE is not changed?
