Apropriate versions (ok, 2 so far) were picked so this is as true as possible
and the later subminor (major.minor.mini?) versions are bugfix releases, so
it's a whole lot more likely they are more stable/maintained/polished and not
introducing un(sufficiently)tested code, possibly adding multitudes of
regression (cf. new minor releases).
