I usually use p4 annotate HISTORY to find the revision and p4 changes -i
HISTORY to find the appropriate change number associated to the revision
when p4 changes FILE doesn't work well enough, but yeah, in general it
would be nice to have commit descriptions that were reasonable
approximations of what took place.
