Got to meet Michael Pilarski over the weekend at an intro course here in
Spokane. What a knowledgeable old chap! Just a fountain of information
based on decades of making it happen. And fun to watch people even newer to
permaculture than I am catch the fire. Inspirational for sure.
Thanks, Skeeter.

Hello Andrew,
I have been doing research into how to run local economic systems and here is
some writings and a list of books and resources at the end. Perhaps some of
this will be helpful to you, or other members of the permaculture network.

Does anyone on this list have experience setting up an employe-owned
company, worker's co-op, or something similar?
I work at an eight-person sustainability consulting company with three
owners. I recently brought up employee ownership at a company meeting. I
was told that if I could present a proposal for doing so it would be
considered.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Todd
