Subject: [permaculture] Is Organic Food Really Healthier? (Yes)

My quote is not so glamerous but at least its pithy.
It was part of a longer dialogue to help orient the writer
to many of those key studies. It's true that organic is
geocentric and farmers in the Heartland have a tough
row to hoe compared to their West Coast cousins.
And she didn't mention that a favorable climate, greatly
reduced pest pressures, and irrigation districts
are part of the skewed picture.
Regardless it's a good article and provides a broad
perspective of studies that point towards the "many"
health benefits of organically grown foods.
