We need cool, year-round seed and food storage here in the middle
highlands of northern Arizona. It makes sense to put a root cellar
into the north side of our red clay/sand hillside. Current plans
call for 10' x 10' space at least 6' tall. Do we have to use
concrete? What can we do differently? Any ideas? Any other
functions we can stack here? We would love to hear from those with
the same experience.
