Thanks for telling us about your GPS experiences, Darren. I wonder if
you have heard of Cybertracker. It uses a Palm computer to provide an
easy way to collect data and match it to GPS information.
A Windows application creates the entry structure for the palm program
and collects the data from the palm when you sync it. You can view the
collected data in table form or as points on a map you provide. You can
also export it for use in other GIS or Database Applications.
This program could come in handy in larger studies, especially those
where you want to combine logged information from multiple collectors.
