People used to sell alluvial fines, purportedly from the slopes of the
Himalayas, under the brand name Glacial Milk. I don't know whether it's still
available.
The deal was that it held all the minerals the earth produced, in a natural
proportion as it was collected from fines from many different rock types. No
science that I ever heard about was done on the supposed beneficent effects
of
drinking a glass of Glacial Milk each morning. But I never heard of anyone
dying from it either.
