like Trafalgar Square on New Years Eve: and it also sounds like what you
need to do is create 'space' - some way of enclosing an area (but not a
physical barrier) which allows the pc 'message' to be heard.
Some seating turned inward? Some simple but talismanic design written on the
soil? A playful effigy of Bill Mollison!? A terrarium centred in a large
(10m diameter) empty circle?
You Know, something so post modern it's practically pagan!
