Try to find a copy (out of print) of WEEDS: GUARDIANS OF THE SOIL by Jos. Le
Cocannoeur; it will give you clues about the value of weeds you never
dreamed of....or just eat those weeds, after finding a good title on such,
i.e. EAT THE WEEDS: how to find, prepare and preserve 150 natural delights
from acorns to yarrow. by Ben Charles Harris (Keats, paperback). Just a
suggestion. WEEDS: GUARDIANS OF THE SOIL is available through interlibrary
loan very likely; author's last name may not be exactly correct; sortof
"downhome" writing but I've seen it listed in "respectable" bibliographies
so the knowledge apparently is thought to be sound.
