suggestions led me to think of Tom More in both LiR and TS. Thought

Not bad but not that good either, it tells about the rise of Castro, the
anti-Communist
reaction and the creation of INCA. Refers to Oschner, Boggs, et al, but not
to Percy. Brief discussion about whether the anti-Communism was broad-based
and populist or orchestrated by conservative elites.
I sort of doubt that Walker would have had much to do with INCA. Maybe shared
a highball with some of its members. Maybe Samway might know something.
