What's the analysis? If it's just an N-P-K fertilizer, with no systemic
insecticide ingredients, unless you're into 'organic' growing, there'd be no
reason not to use it.
And, the price was right.

I'm already (of course) anticipating a unanimous 'no' to this question: can
I use synthetic lawn fertilizer (donated to me) in small amounts on my fruit
trees; or if not, on bramble-berries or strawberries?
