I have a mature tree of OLC-1, but had no background on it. it's a
great backyard tree with it's well shaped tree, annual bearing, great
quality and long storage. Low disease and insects too.
Dave said it was a chance seedling at a neighbor's place, but the
original tree is gone.

Hello Lon,
I know Dave, run into once or twice a year. He sent the variety you
mentioned to Nick Botner so it is available from him.
Dave gave me a cutting a few years ago and I have it growing but it has
not fruited yet.
