Agree with Rivka, not all Harrow apricots are
probably suited to Baltimore. Harogem is reported to be more bac. spot
sensitive (the reason I've never planted it). Harcot blooms earlier than
other Harrow apricots, so I've not grown it either. If you're intent on
trying apricots, some of the NJ selections may work in Baltimore, perhaps Sugar
Pearl and Jerseycot. A western apricot, Tomcot, has also had good reports
planted in the East.
