Where are you and do you have any idea what
rootstock it's on? Up north it could have been cold damaged, in the south
it could have borers. Around here, voles could have chewed the
roots. It could be suffering from root rot if it's 106 on heavy
clay. Is it too cold already to try a bud or graft onto one of your other
trees? that way you wouldn't lose the variety. Donna
