Subject: [NAFEX] Great fig year

We had normal rainfall this spring after two very dry years. But since
the beginning of July, we have received less than 1.5 inches of rain at
my house.
The figs are magnificent! They are ripening well without the typical
rot that develops in ripe figs after a rainfall. Even the Latarullas
that are typically either unripe and tasteless or rotten are finally
displaying their true dessert potential - soft, yellow and really
honey-sweet.
