http://www.nicholsgardennursery.com/ has an outstanding selection of rosemary ( the owner is Rose Marie McGee), including some hardy (for rosemary) varieties. I have "Sawyer's Select" that makes a bush over 6 feet tall and can produce long straight shoots that work as skewers.
