| This looks like a 2 part message and so I will reply in 2 parts. First about the taxing. You are assumming that we are experencing climate change and maybe we are, but remember Y2K and other problems that never happened. This climate change seems to be the "in" thing right now. Maybe next year, we will be all excited about falling meteors or some other reason that the world is falling apart. If we feel we need to tax someone, how about the 2% that owns so much. Second, about fruit, you are behind the times. As times get worse, and I think they will get much worse before they get better, more and more people will want that fallen fruit. People used to say that they didn't have time to get it. This was so when people were working, but when so many are out of work they have plenty of time to gather fallen fruit
