The Victorio Food Strainer 250 was the last one they made--all newer
models are Villaware. There are still some stores that sell them b/c
they are still in stock. You will all see some of the Victorio Food
Strainer 200 on eBay etc. If you need to buy additional
screens/replacement parts etc. for a 200 or 250, please be aware that
the parts from the 200 do not fit the 250 or the Villaware line.

I have read that Victorio Strainers aren't actually made any more. I
bought a "VillaWare" strainer (body is aluminum, screens are stainless
steel and the rest is made from nylon- standard construction materials
for food mills) two years ago. It works well, but I do run everything
through it twice to get the pulp as dry as I think it should be. I need
to buy the motorizing kit too as cranking through 5 gallon batches of
tomato soup gets a little tiresome!
