Can I use the name if you do not want it? I got scolded for calling my mold
ripened cheese a brie. It was suggested that I name it after a local
landmark so now it is Clay Peak Sanitary Landfill. I also make a nice gouda
type.. maybe I could call it HorseBottom if you do not object?

You might want to consider a more marketable name... A bowl full of
"horsebottom berries" just doesn't sound appealing.
