Purple leaved peaches exist. I had a couple planted as they were supposed to be resistant to peach leaf curl. Unfortunately they were highly attractive to deer and were browsed to death.

A purple peach is grown in New Zealand. I haven't seen it growing, so
I don't know whether the leaves are also purple.
