About once every 4-5 years I get a mild Winter. A "mild Winter" means
the temperature didn't drop below -25 F. That means that I should get a
good crop of peaches and, in a couple of years, I can fill the back orders
for my Pequot Peach.
I received snow cover - snow cover has been rare here these past few
years. It was the first season in many when I didn't have to cover my zone
5 blackberries. Best of all, I am almost assured of a bountiful crop of
Boysenberries. If this is Global Warming, I like it.
