Jung's Hardy WI was a great backyard pear for me in NE
Iowa. Never had any fire blight (but then may not
have had much disease pressure). Very sweet late fall
pear, though as I recall they didn't keep a real long
time. I've got it here in Central MO as well, but has
not fruited for me yet.
