Maybe some members can think of storage apples that hold their crunch. I
think Arkansas Black is supposed to, but I've never kept them long
enough...not that you'd find them in conventional stores...

The only apple varieties I ever see in the supermarket are;
Red delicious
Granny smith
Empire
Mac
Cameo
Gala
Idared
Braeburn
The problem being I like my apples to crunch and storage apples never seem
to do that.
