True it is very fiddly. But I would have to spray at least 4 times a season
And with my little rig that takes time also...plus I hate it. A commercial
guy drives through their orchard in a protective suit (have you seen those
things???Must be hotter than **** in there)and does thousands of trees in a
day.

I've never tried using the Japanese apple bags, but can believe that they do
take a fair amount of time to put on. That's probably part of the reason
that the Japanese charge $1+/apple. Don't remember the prices on the fancy
ones, but I recall individual fruits running as much as $5/fruit! I was told
that you usually don't buy those for yourself, but as gifts for people.
Same amount of work is true of the sandwich baggies. Great for a few trees,
but I find it hard to imagine doing it commercially for what people are
willing to pay for fruit.
