Heirloom fruits are different from antiques in that they (heirloom) are
usually grown from seed, rather than by grafting. The most common candidate
for this is peaches, with apricots coming in second. I'm trying to get a
handle on some of the different heirloom types out there. There are ones
like the Door County apricots, but what else? If you are growing an
heirloom type fruit, tell us about it.
