If I am reading it correctly, they look at both 0 degree storage (icebox) and -80Liquid nitrogen is more like -276, or something like that. -80 is like the ultra-low freezers we use for storage of biological specimens here and in biomedical research labs - things like lyophilized bacterial cultures, serum samples, etc.
