Another way to use bagged leaves. I sit them upright with the tops opened up so that snow and rain collect in the bags with the leaves. in late spring or early summer- when the rains cease, the leaves will be wet and well rotted. At that time they can be applied along rows of vegetables, cane fruit or arounf the base of smaller trees. The leaves do not blow when they are wet.
