It doesn't look like it is very widespread and it doesn't spread by itself so
if probably won't be. That doesn't mean variants won't be able to though.
I believe this is a virus exploiting a known bug in Internet Explorer. There
is supposed to be a patch being released for that in a few days. Hopefully...

Do NOT under any circumstances open email attachments today. A new virus
called "Q-Host One" was unleashed last night, and it takes over your
computer. My ISP tells me that patches or fixes are not up and running yet.
It's a Trojan horse and will take over your Internet browser, always sending
you to a small domain in Houston, TX, which is overloaded, of course. You
won't be able to access anything on the web.
