I've grown and fruited several - Illinois Everbearing, Collier, Wellington,
and have Stearns, though it hasn't fruited yet, as well as seedling M.alba
and M.rubra selections.
I've yet to find one with better production and flavor than Illinois
Everbearing - good balance of sweetness and tartness, though I've got a
couple of M.rubra selections that have flavor similar to IE, and heavy
production, but IE bears over a much, much longer period.
