I read an
announcement in this newsgroup about the Midwest Apple
Improvement Association's annual meeting. As an amateur apple-breeder (on
a small scale) I'm very interested in the topics that were scheduled for
that meeting. Has anyone, who has attended the meeting, some news about
it? Or can I find some info (Powerpoint slides, ...) on the internet
(I've checked their website and there's nothing)?
I'm especially
interested in the topics "Recent Changes of Priorities in European Apple
Breeding" and "Selecting Apple Breeding Parents for Today's Consumer". In
short: what were considered as good breeding
parents?
