James, I like the idea. So, when in town today I bought a couple sections of
thin wall pvc (10' for $4.50). At 50 cents ea, and free seedlings I have
nothing to lose. I'll report how it all works out,
Makes me think of looking up a couple of plumbers to see if they have scrap
