Hi Ed,
When is the correct time to pick Jostaberry?
Mine were bland, pulpy, and not attractive mashed (had a white milky
aspect). I mixed them in with some Crandall jam and they were fine, but
doubt they would have stood up (even as jelly) on their own.
Do they improve with age?
