Aluminum foil will not shield against gamma rays.
It would be interesting to know what dosage they are using. Does anyone here
know? If anthrax spores are
more susceptible to radiation damage than many plant seeds, the dose may be
relatively low. If the dose
were low enough, you might get interesting & valuable new mutants. If the
dose is mutagenic, but non-lethal,
could someone send me some P. calleryana seeds through the mail (unshielded)?
