To humans, none. Neem seed oil is used to make soap and toothpaste in
India. To insects, it is toxic. Beneficial do not succumb, but there is
evidence that neem does interrupt their reproductive cycle. For this
reason, it is prudent to spray with neem during times when bees, wasps and
other beneficials are not active in the orchard.
