Joe;
I am a lover of Good fruitcake and have a couple of recipes that I
have labelled Very Good over the past 20 years.
One is from King Arthur Flour: www.Kingarthurflour.com and search for
the fruitcake recipe.
Another good one is from Ken Haedrick's book: I haven't checked to
see if he has a website.
If you can't download the King Arthur one I will email it to you.
