And, personally, I'd like to thank you for your efforts on behalf of MSAR. This year I cannot attend the conference or the ASTM meeting afterward but I am confident that you will represent my MSAR interests quite well. :-)

FYI- I was asked (off-list) if NASAR or ASTM was paying my way to attend the 2013 SARCON.
I want everyone to know that not a single penny is being paid to me for my attendance. I am attending the NASAR Conference and the ASTM F-32 meeting for the betterment of MSAR and expect no personal gain for my efforts.
As a reminder for anyone attending this year's National Association for Search and Rescue (NASAR) Conference! On Saturday June 1st at 9:00am there will a 90 minute "Mounted SAR Roundtable Discussion" to address the proposed NASAR MOUNTED SAR Tech-III certification. The proposed certification will be somewhat similar in nature as the NASAR K9 SAR Tech-III certification. NASAR information can be found at www.nasar.org <http://www.nasar.org> . The proposed certification project is based upon the ASTM International F-32, F2974 - 09, Level 1 (Basic) Mounted Search and Rescue (MSAR) Responder standard and the two state endorsed MSAR standards that are referenced within the document (other state and local government approved MSAR standards will also be reviewed). I hope to see some of you there.
