I too, am so sorry to hear this. You do all you can to safeguard them and all it takes is one blow from a pasture mate to ruin it all.

Patch, a 16 yr. old
TWH/SSH, was laid to rest today (3-21-12) after suffering a fractured pelvis from a kick by a field mate. Patch was the beloved mount of Claudia LaChance, SEPASAR Member, and PA State Constable in Lower Makefield, PA. He was her first ever horse.
