One problem I see in the pack train photos is the injured subject's equine
transport is not in direct control of a rider / handler but instead is back
in a string. Direct control of the passenger's mount increases safety for
the patient as well as increasing the patient's level of mental comfort
regarding the process. There is apparently a rider directly behind (with
camera) and monitoring the patient, which is correct.
