Don't wait. All the standards that ASTM Committee F32 has
produced for training are mere outlines of the content of a
training program. They are standard GUIDES. They are not
standard training programs. They are not standard curricula
for use in a custom training program. These standard guides
are basically checklists for curriculum developers to use
when developing new training programs customized to meet the
needs of a specific AHJ. It is precisely because there are
so many AHJs, and such diversity of AHJs, that F32 works at
the abstract level of a standard guide (checklist), not the
more concrete level of a standard curriculum or a standard
training program.
