I'd certainly offer to assist with anyone injured, but in a "Good
Samaritan" capacity expected of anyone else. To offer services at a
higher level of training would be inviting trouble I think. Unfortunately
here in Ohio, there are no legal repercussions for the person who stands idly by
and offers no assistance to someone in need. There is however, a
mountain of legal and liability concerns for the person who introduces
themselves as a healthcare provider and then fails to meet the standard of
care.
