Yup. I use that photo in my class to make exactly the same point.
I left non-tangible "yahoo" characteristics off my previous list,
but they are worth mentioning too, lest anyone forget about them:
no communcation skills
no navigating skills
no map & compass skills
no backcountry skills (in the backcountry)
no basic SAR training
no basic first aid training
no willingness to follow instructions
no willingness to learn
