Chris, I cannot accept Yahoo's terms (and the subscription web
site crashed my browser, but not before getting two pop-up ads
through my filter). Instead, I invite you all to join us here.
MSAR-riders opened to subscribers October 2002 and has seen a
lot of growth since then. The hosting site is anti-commercial:
no pop-ups, no ads whatsoever, no cookies, no collecting data
on you or from you. ibiblio.org is very cool.

NASAR is not a regulatory agency, so has no regulations. Nor
does it have recommendations re horses, but perhaps that will
change. As mentioned on MSAR-riders in the past, many state
SAR agencies are developing standards, and these are likely to
cover MSAR.
