I would guess that you installed another Microsoft Office application
recently, like Word or Excel? In that case it probably changed your default
email client to Outlook 2003 instead of Outlook Express. Outlook Express
should still be there in that case.
Which version of Windows are you using? I'm assuming XP since I don't think
they have Outlook Express in Vista and beyond. I found a quick tutorial for
setting your email client on XP here:
