The big problem is his location of birth, as his grandmother, aunts,
uncles, cousins , and brother have all sworn they attended his birth in Kenya
and Kenya has a birth certificate for him. That is the mud in the water. The
sister who indicated he was born in Hawaii named the hospital and they
denied he was born there. Finally his lawyers named a different hospital in
an
entirely different area and produced their paper. Hospitals DO keep records
of birth, as they are required to do so, and Queens hospital could confirm
that the document is accurate but they refuse to without Obamas permission.
He should just clear this up. It would be very easy.

That's a direct quote from his petition and the ONLY reason he gives for
thinking Obama traveled on an Indonesian passport.. In what court of law
would that even remotely be 'evidence'? Berg also doesn't seem to have the
slightest understanding of US citizenship laws; if you are born in the US,
no matter where you live or travel, or who adoprts you, you don't lose
your
citizenship before you are 21. The guy is just crazy. Obama probably hired
4
law firms to keep people like Berg away from him. I do think that some
court
needs to deal with this guy, and explain to him the difference between
evidence and internet rumor.
