I agree with Bob. What is your skill set. You are going to need people
involved whose skill set tends more toward the clinical and those
whose tends more toward the agricultural and mechanical.
It's a great idea, can you give some more specifics?
Where are you located?
Do you have land? What growing zone? What is the soil like? Water?
You say say "from scratch" do you have any buildings?
Are you going to grow spices?
Are you going to have zoning issues with alternative building?
Water supply and sewage. Will local authorities require anything
special for the amount of people you may have on site?
Schooling for the children?
